From radial road to airport
The purpose of the work is to create a living environment where people cross and experience many interests and jobs offers. Through this collaboration to designed the area, everyone can benefit from the advantages. The area is complemented with residential and multi-functional sports facility, which should draw attention to himself another range of visitors and thus further promote the mixing of the population and visitors. The thesis counts in the future with the possibility of gradual transformation of the science park, thanks to the easy and simple steel halls shopping centers and newly designed office and retail space. With its location next to the airport and direct connection to the rail and highway is designed territory destined for the location of representative offices of international companies. The task of this thesis was also to make space more efficient in use. The work therefore also uses the roof of existing large buildings. These interesting interventions, adding additional features to the already existing buildings and improve the quality of life of public visitors and residents.
Od radiály k letisku
Cieľom práce je vytvorenie živého prostredia, kde sa krížia a stretajú mnohé záujmy a pracovné príležitosti. Vďaka tejto spolupráci na riešenom území, môžu všetci profitovať z výhod. Oblasť je doplnená i o bývanie a multifunkčný športový objekt, ktorý by mal na seba upútať pozornosť ďalšieho spektra návštevníkov a tak ešte viac podporiť premiešanie obyvateľstva a návštevníkov. Práca počíta do budúcna i s možnosťou postupnej transformácie na vedecký park, vďaka ľahkým a jednoduchým oceľovým halám nákupných centier a novonavrhovaným kancelárskym a maloobchodným priestorom. So svojou polohou vedľa letiska a v priamej nadväznosti na železnicu a diaľnicu je riešené územie predurčené pre umiestnenie zastupiteľských pobočiek z medzinárodných firiem. Úlohou práce bolo i čo najefektívnejšie využitie priestora. Práca preto využíva i strechy už existujúcich veľkoplošných objektov. Týmito zaujímavými zásahmi, pridávam ďalšie funkcie už k existujúcim budovám a skvalitňujem tak verejný život návštevníkom i obyvateľom.
