The public space  is designed as a multifunctional space for various socio-cultural events. Proposed a simple park modifications with soundproofing from the main road. It is a zone of rest and relaxation. Ecological multifunctional building is design with a primary focus on university life and associated functions and with conference hall. The main parking area, I will suggest in the near of multifunctional hybrid building and also close to a conversation buildings, with direct connection to the sports area. In the back part I propose paved area with sports fields for hire and a playground. I expect a significant cultural and social lives of Nitra, there. This space should be easy to navigate, with a nice view of Zobor and Nitra Castle and sufficient area for the larger cultural events. The command building  preserves  as a  landmark composition.
